Advertiser Terms — Yuh Gettin' Tru?

These Advertiser Terms ("Terms") govern your use of the self-service advertising platform operated at https://staging-ads.yuhgettintru.com/ads (the "Portal"). The Portal is operated by Dharach Pte. Ltd., a company incorporated in Singapore (Singapore company registration available at sgpbusiness.com) with its principal place of business at Coral Glade, Prior Park, St James, Barbados ("Dharach", "we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or submitting an advertisement, you accept these Terms on your own behalf or, if you are accepting on behalf of a business, on behalf of that business.

1. The service

The Portal lets you build, submit for review, and run display advertisements ("Adverts") on yuhgettintru.com alongside relevant product searches. Adverts are billed under one of three monthly subscription plans published on the Billing page:

Boost — BBD 49/month, 1 active Advert.
Amplify — BBD 199/month, up to 3 active Adverts.
Founding Featured — BBD 499/month, up to 5 active Adverts. Capped at 10 Founding Featured advertisers at any time.

Prices are inclusive of any third-party payment processor fees we incur. Barbados-issued or foreign cards accepted via Stripe; we do not handle disputes directly — those go through your card issuer and Stripe.

2. Approve, then go live

You build an Advert in the Portal and submit it for review.
A human reviewer approves or rejects your Advert. We may reject for content reasons set out below, or for reasons that fit the platform's brand-safety rules.
Once approved, your Advert is queued in paused state until you click Start.
Clicking Start flips the Advert to active. The Advert then serves until your plan slot cap is reached, your end date passes, or you pause it.

We can reject or remove an Advert at any time if it violates these Terms, our Advertising Policy, or applicable law.

3. What you may and may not advertise

You may not submit Adverts that:

Infringe any third-party right (copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity).
Are misleading, deceptive, or predatory (miracle cures, get-rich-quick, before/after body claims, MLMs).
Sell or promote regulated goods without required disclosures (alcohol, gambling, pharmaceuticals, financial products, weapons).
Target or discriminate against protected classes.
Try to manipulate the matching system ("rank me first", "match every search", hidden instructions to the model).

You confirm you have the rights to every creative, image, and target URL you submit. You indemnify us against any claim arising from your Advert.

4. Plans, payment, cancellation

Billing. Monthly recurring charges in Barbadian dollars (BBD), processed by Stripe. Your card statement will show YGT ADVERTISING or similar.
Plan changes. Upgrades are prorated immediately. Downgrades apply at the next renewal — your current month's slots are grandfathered.
Cancellation. Cancel any month, no notice required. Your Adverts keep serving through the paid period and the subscription does not renew.
Refunds. Pro-rated refunds are issued for full months of unused subscription if we terminate you for cause other than your own breach. No refunds for partial months.
Slot caps. Boost = 1 active Advert, Amplify = 3, Founding Featured = 5. You cannot exceed your slot cap; the Portal blocks Start when at capacity.

5. Founding Featured cohort

Founding Featured is capped at 10 concurrent advertisers. When the cohort is full, checkout is blocked. If an existing Founding Featured advertiser cancels, the slot opens on a first-come basis. We do not guarantee slot availability; once full, you must wait or pick a different plan.

6. Your content, your responsibility

You retain all rights to your Adverts. You grant Dharach a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, serve, and display your Adverts on yuhgettintru.com for the duration of your subscription. You can export your creatives and ad copy at any time from the Portal.

7. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, fail to pay, or if required by law. We will give you reasonable notice where practical. You can close your account at any time from the Portal.

8. Disclaimers

The Portal is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by Barbadian law, we disclaim all warranties (merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement). We do not guarantee impressions, clicks, conversions, or search-result placement.

9. Liability cap

To the maximum extent permitted by Barbadian law, our total liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms is capped at the greater of (a) BBD 100 and (b) the amounts you paid us in the six months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.

10. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Barbados. We both submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Barbados for any dispute, except that either of us may seek injunctive relief in any competent court to protect intellectual property.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced in the Portal at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Portal after that date means you accept the updated Terms.
